When the Animation Tour in the Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park at Walt Disney World in Florida opened on May 1, 1989 there was a nifty shop named the Animation Gallery through which visitors exited the walk-through attraction.

This all-color paperbound book was available for sale at the gallery along with production and limited edition art and related items. The book has an introduction by Roy E. Disney and tells the story of Disney animation through handsome reproduction of art for Sleeping Beauty, Fantasia, The Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland and other classic Disney films. The front and back covers fold-out to show double-page spreads of art.
